Learning to chain drifts in Neon Drift League
Neon Drift League is easy to play and hard to master, and it all comes down to the drift chain. Every clean drift feeds your boost meter, but the trick is not letting the chain reset between corners. Feather the brake, don't slam it.
Once I stopped braking hard and started tapping into corners early, my lap times dropped noticeably. The boost you save carries you down the next straight and sets up the following turn.
Learn the tracks. The shortcuts aren't obvious, and a couple of them only work at high speed with a boost banked. Swap cars too — the heavier ones hold drifts longer, which suits the tighter circuits.
